Effective Date: July 24, 2026Welcome to the Food Safety Certificates LMS platform. By accessing our website, creating a student account, or enrolling in our compliance modules, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Academic Honesty
You agree to complete all modules yourself. Sharing student account access, using automated bots to click module progression, or forging certificate credentials violates our terms and will result in instant suspension of your profile.
2. Sequential Unlocks
Our learning flow is designed to lock later modules until preceding ones are marked as completed. Users may not bypass or alter dashboard URL structures. Any attempt to exploit system endpoints will be recorded in our system activity logs and may lead to account termination.
3. Certification Validity
The approval and issuance of certificates remain at the discretion of our system administrators. A certificate number is valid only if it is displayed as "Approved" on our public verification database.
